- Status: Tsuguri's paid production is not open yet. Planned price for writing: JPY 3,300 per deliverable, tax included, with one in-scope revision.
Terms at a glance
This summary is for orientation only. The Japanese terms page is the governing text, and where the two differ, the Japanese text applies.
- The AI partners' names and portraits are fictional AI profiles, not employees or human professionals. Free briefs are rule-based and send nothing to an AI model.
- Paid writing, once open, is one written deliverable with one revision in the same scope, bought per request by card. There is no subscription, and nothing is charged for signing up or chatting.
- The business coordination, finance, contract and hiring/outsourcing partners offer conversation and briefing only. They make no tax, legal or labor decisions and perform no filings, transfers, contract signing or automated candidate screening.
- You review facts, rights and wording before using a deliverable. Human review and licensed professional advice are not included.
- Cancellation and refund conditions for paid writing are fixed and published, in Japanese, before checkout opens, and nothing is sold until then. Your statutory rights are not limited.
- Enter only information you have the right to use, and never credentials or other people's personal data. Unlawful use, impersonation and infringement are prohibited. Accepting a deliverable confirms it inside the workspace; it is not consent to publish or to spend.
- In a team workspace, briefs, deliverables and shared context are visible to every member. The owner decides whom to invite, is the only member who can buy once sales open, and sets the team's spending cap.
- Integrations are a pilot: every connection and action needs the owner's approval, WordPress receives new drafts only, Slack receives a notification in one chosen channel, and accepting work never sends anything outside.

Privacy at a glance
This summary is for orientation only. The Japanese privacy page is the governing text, and where the two differ, the Japanese text applies.
- Stored: your login email and sign-in data, shared context, channels and messages, projects, briefs, deliverables, review history, usage counts and payment identifiers. Card numbers are not stored in the app.
- Google sign-in gives us your Google account identifier and verified email only. We do not request your name, photo, Gmail or Drive, and we do not store Google tokens.
- A personal workspace is visible only to you. A team workspace is visible to all of its members. Personal work never moves to a team automatically.
- Free briefs send nothing to an AI model. When you mention an AI partner, up to the 12 most recent messages in that thread and the shared context at that moment are sent from a dedicated worker to AWS Bedrock. Other channels are not read.
- Data is stored on Amazon Web Services. Storage and AI processing run in Tokyo (Japan) or Oregon (United States), depending on the environment, so this is not a Japan-only service.
- Workspace conversations, shared context, deliverables and history have no automatic deletion date. Requests to access, correct or delete your information go to support@tsuguri.net and will be handled after identity verification; reception and the response process are being confirmed before the public launch. Self-service account deletion is not available yet.
- External services (Shopify, WordPress, Slack and the OAuth reads in preparation) act only on the owner's approval. Their credentials are kept in AWS Secrets Manager. Disconnecting stops new actions but does not retract data already sent.
- If you grant an external AI agent access, it can read the one personal project you choose, and save unapproved drafts when you allow it, for the period you set. Revoking access stops further reads but cannot delete what the agent already received.
- Never enter passwords, API keys, payment details or other people's personal information.
