What is Tsuguri?
Tsuguri is an AI workspace for freelancers, independent professionals, and solo founders. Organize priorities, client communication, routines, and preparation for finance, contract, and outsourcing questions with AI partners. You do not need an ecommerce or marketing business to use it. Shared business notes, briefs, deliverables, and review history keep context available for your next task.
What can I do for free?
Free: 5 briefs per month. Save your request, review questions, and completion criteria. Structured planning, without AI-written copy. No card is required. Briefing, AI conversations, and writing are separate features.
How much does writing cost, and is it available?
Writing: JPY 3,300 per deliverable, tax included, with one in-scope revision. Planned price; paid production is not open yet. Signing up or chatting does not start a charge. There are no subscriptions or automatic extra charges.
What do I need to get started?
Sign in with a Google account or an emailed confirmation link. No card is required. You get a personal workspace, and choosing a task from the entry points starts organizing the request, review questions, and completion criteria. Inviting collaborators is a later, optional step.
Can I chat with an AI partner?
AI conversations are in preparation. The planned allowance is 20 replies per workspace per month. Conversations use up to 12 recent messages from the same thread and shared notes. Other channels are not automatically read. Failures and cancellations after acceptance also use one reply.
Are AI partners human professionals?
No. Names and portraits are fictional AI profiles. The workspace presents 16 AI partners across 7 areas; they are not real employees or human professionals. Human review is not included. You review facts, rights, and wording before using a deliverable.
How is this different from a general AI chat tool?
It does not replace a general chat assistant. Your business context stays in shared notes and is reused for each request, work is organized by area-specific AI partners in channels and threads, and briefs, deliverables, and review history stay in the workspace. Text from another AI tool can be reviewed and pasted in; there is no direct connection or automatic sync.
Can I use it for finance, contracts, or hiring?
Business coordination, finance preparation, contract preparation, and hiring/outsourcing partners provide conversations and briefing only, without paid production. Finance, contracts, and hiring are limited to personal workspaces. Professional judgments, filings, money transfers, contract signing, and automated candidate selection are not provided.
What information is sent to the AI?
Free briefing sends nothing to a generative model. In a conversation, up to 12 recent messages from the same thread and the shared notes at that moment are sent from a dedicated worker to AWS Bedrock. Other channels and other projects are not read automatically. Storage and AI processing run in Tokyo (Japan) or Oregon (United States), depending on the environment. Model provider terms and retention are confirmed before paid production opens. Never enter passwords, API keys, payment details, or other people's personal information.
Does a request automatically publish or send anything?
No. Conversations, briefing, and accepting a deliverable do not publish or send it externally. Integrations are in an early validation stage and require connection setup, review, and approval of the action. Image/video generation and ad placement are not included in writing.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Paid production is not open yet, so there is nothing to charge today. Cancellation conditions, the refund path if work cannot be delivered, and response times are finalized and published before checkout opens. There is no subscription or annual commitment.
Which languages and billing currencies are supported?
The core workspace and integration setup support Japanese and English, and deliverables can use either language. Team administration, legal terms, and support information are in Japanese. Billing is in Japanese yen; multi-currency payments are not offered.
Can I use it on my own?
Yes. Start with a personal workspace and optionally create one team of up to 5 members. Personal work is not automatically shared with a team. Channels within a team are shared with all its members.
Who operates Tsuguri?
The service is operated by 英智ソリューションズ合同会社 (a Japanese limited liability company). Operator details, terms, cancellation conditions, and privacy handling are published in Japanese; the same documents mark what is still in preparation before the public launch.
