Information we store

We store your email, supplied task information, generated work, accepted edits, usage and billing status. This supports delivery, continuity, abuse prevention and billing. Ad visits may include supplied ad identifiers and bid keywords. We do not invent an actual search query when one was not provided.

Service providers

A per-page visit cookie, valid for 30 days, connects registration, material input, plans and payment, including when you open the confirmation email in another tab. In-progress material and preferences are saved to your account for seven days. Ad measurement sends click identifiers, plan or purchase times, values, currencies and deduplication IDs to Google Ads. Email addresses, entered content, source material and deliveries are not sent for ad measurement.

Screenshots in the material text field are read on your device; the images are not sent to our server or external services. Recognized text is sent to our server when drafts are automatically saved after registration or when you save a plan or request. URL imports retrieve the public page through our server.

Paid text and script generation sends required input, accepted previous work and preferences to Amazon Bedrock. Files uploaded for paid workflows are sent to Vertex AI in our dedicated Google Cloud project when images, PDFs, audio or video require OCR or transcription. Approved spoken scripts are sent to Google Gemini, and approved catalog data is sent to the connected Shopify store when you request registration; Google's processing is not restricted to AWS's Tokyo region. We use Amazon Web Services (Tokyo region) to store sign-in state and your work, Stripe for payment, and Resend for sign-in emails. We do not store your card number.

Delivery file downloads are available for 90 days after creation. Intermediate audio is scheduled for deletion after seven days and delivered files after 90 days. Scripts and usage records are stored separately.

Text, spreadsheet, PDF, image, audio and video source files uploaded for paid workflows are accessible only through the owner’s requests for 30 days, then access expires and storage deletion is scheduled. Source excerpts in deliveries, filenames, verification hashes, approval and usage records are kept separately as work records. Selected source content may be sent to Amazon Bedrock for the requested delivery. We record reviews, correction requests, reported use and review time to assess quality and workload.
