Pricing and payment
A single delivery costs $7 (tax included; Japanese-yen pages show ¥980) and covers one delivery within 30 days of payment, with no renewal. The standard plan is $19 per month, tax included. Japanese-yen pages show ¥2,980 per month, tax included. One helper includes 4 deliveries per billing month, with up to 8,000 input characters each. Individual business workflows use the scope, allowance and price shown in their work plan. Nothing is charged for work on a waiting list.
Payment is by credit card through Stripe, in the currency shown at checkout: a single delivery is charged when ordered; the monthly plan is charged at sign-up and on each monthly renewal. There are no other costs to you.
Delivery and review
After payment is confirmed, work begins using your supplied information. Deliveries are saved in My helpers. AI-generated work can contain errors; review it before use or distribution. You verify the facts before using the work. Registration to supported external stores is performed only for an approved request with the destination and content shown. We do not provide professional advice requiring a license.
Cancellation and refunds
A single delivery is produced individually from your information and cannot be refunded or cancelled after payment, except when we fail to produce it. On the monthly plan, stop the next automatic renewal anytime from My helpers. Access continues for the period already paid. Request a refund within 30 days of starting to receive a full refund of the first month and end paid access. Your card issuer may take time to show the refund. There are no prorated refunds for cancellation after the first month. These terms do not limit rights under applicable law.
Scope of use
Only submit material you are entitled to use. Impersonation, unlawful use and infringement are prohibited. Accepted deliverables and your preferences carry forward to the next job for your helper.
